Prof. Antognini Speaks on Nonmarriage

Last fall, Professor of Law Albertina Antognini co-organized the sixth annual Nonmarriage Roundtable Conference, held at the University of Virginia School of Law. The conference brought together scholars from diverse disciplines to explore issues related to nonmarriage. Albertina also presented her new work, “Abolitionist Family Law,” co-authored with Susan Appleton of the University of Washington School of Law. This work contributes to the ongoing dialogue on reimagining family law in nonmarital contexts.

In November, Albertina appeared on the Taboo Trades podcast. She discussed her article “Sexual Agreements,” co-authored with Appleton, who also appeared on the podcast.
